1. | Mr. Akash Halder | One touch EMS Synopsis: The evolution of digitalized health care services connects complex intelligent devices and users for executing emergency medical services. Interoperability has trust issues, and privacy has become a matter of delay in providing emergency services to the patients on time. The design refines the healthcare system in transformed form for emergency patients for fast treatment without any hesitation. Blockchain is a game-changing technology and can provide security; trust enables medical solutions. Blockchain has a wide range of applications and uses in healthcare. The ledger technology facilitates the safe transfer of patient medical records, manages the medicine supply chain, and helps healthcare researchers unlock genetic code. The patient sends a request to a hospital through a channel, and it sends a request to the nearest hospitals around the patient’s current location. When some hospital accepts the request of the patients, then it will sign the smart contract that the hospital never leaks the patient public key and medical history and ask the user for an intelligent ambulance service. If the user says yes in response, that hospital sends an ambulance to the patient’s address. Smart ambulances, patients' medical history is all combined with blockchain architecture. There is also a smart contract for security. In this regard, the proposed system will be deployed using an Ethereum environment with Solidity. The system doesn’t need any third party to negotiate between patients and the provided services from the health organizations. |

2. | Mr. Arindam Roy | Smart Ambulance Synopsis: Now a days food delivery and cab transportation very easier as well as less time consuming on time and on location because of GPS. Basically in GPS we can find real time location,Traffic update, easier route etc. As in India every minute’s one person dies because he is not able to reach the hospital in time in normal scenario but in this COVID situation most of the Patient collapses for ‘TIME’ to reach Hospital. The main objective of this project will reduce the time between ambulance driver to Patients and Hospital it will save someone’s life. When the patient or user will open the user application on his Smartphone and when he click on emergency button given on application it will directly send its location to the ambulance driver which is available nearby him within few seconds.Patient can find the medical facilities provided in ambulance such as oxygen, paramedic etc. We are connecting the ambulance with the IOT which has biomedical sensors like heartbeat rate sensors, temperature sensors, ECG sensors etc that will sense and detect the injured person’s heath conditions and update this information to the nearby hospital server.check all medical condition and update to the hospital also check bed availability and book online. Because of this application we save time as well as we save as many lives. KEY FEATURES- REAL TIME OPARATION, ON BOARD MEDICAL TREATMENT, TIME REDUCING, FAST TRACK AND BOOK, ONLINE ADMISSION, FIXED PRICE. |

6. | Romance Manna | Cultivation and Marketing of High Value Medicinal mushroom, Cordyceps militaris. Synopsis:Cordyceps militaris is a fungi (mushroom), rarely found in nature. This mushroom has high medicinal value and used in different and pharmaceutical production field. In this project my research idea to cultivate this mushroom in a controlled lab condition to optimizing the growth and the maximization of fruit body and maintain/increase the Cordycepin value (Cordycepin is the main component found in Cordyceps militaris & used for different purpose). There are several media available for cultivation of this mushroom, but I want to use locally available agro industrial, fruit & vegetable waste for cultivation to reduce the production cost. In this process there are several step which will be followed for optimization / modification Firstly 3-4 different temperature, pH condition will be provide in cultivation. Secondly, the growth from those condition will be compared and measured with the commercially available growth medium like rice media. Finally to compare the Cordycepin value from the products, we need to do High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) several times. In this whole study our main focus will be in production of high biomass, commercial aspects/usages of C. militaris (cordycepin) to create a business model and for marketization of this mushroom and to improve the shelf life of this mushroom to use several drying, packaging and storing techniques which will be further developed symentenously. |
